Returns for Change of Mind
Except where required by law, we are not obliged to accept returns for change of mind on approved orders (excluding custom-made orders).
Returns Due to Customer Reasons
Due to the nature of online orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributed to the customer. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nagomiandco.com with the details.
Incorrect or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping, but items can occasionally be damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if any damage or defects are found, contact us immediately via email. If the damage is discovered after delivery, please take clear photos or videos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include arranging a replacement (if available), a refund, or credit.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of products.
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@nagomiandco.com. We will promptly send you the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect one.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Garments that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or compensation. Please check the items immediately upon delivery. Opened food and beverages, custom-made products (including special orders or personalised items), personal hygiene products (such as cosmetics), and sale items cannot be returned.
Carrier Issues
In cases where issues arise due to the carrier, please note that there may be delays in receiving your items or processing refunds. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible to minimise any inconvenience.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund promptly, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
