  • In the Event of Damage or Defects
    If the product is damaged or defective, please notify us via email with photos of the damaged area and detailed information about the issue within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact you promptly to arrange a replacement or a refund. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer a replacement item or a refund. There will be no charge for shipping replacement items. Clothing that has been worn or washed is not eligible for return. Please inspect items upon receipt.

    If there is an issue with the contents of your order, please contact us via email with details within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent. In this case, no additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  • Returns for Customer Convenience
    Please note that due to the nature of online orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind.
